Export Compliance Policy
Optic Frontiers (YURKO LLC) is committed to adhering to all applicable U.S. export control laws and regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). The export, re-export, or transfer of certain products and technologies is strictly regulated and may require prior authorization from the U.S. government.
Controlled Products
The following categories of products offered by Optic Frontiers may be subject to export controls:
- Night vision equipment (e.g., Generation 2, 3, or 4 devices)
- Thermal imaging sights and devices
- Optical sighting equipment, accessories, and mounting hardware
- Tactical gear and related accessories
Prohibited Actions
It is unlawful to engage in the export, re-export, or transfer of controlled products without obtaining the necessary licenses or authorizations from the appropriate U.S. government agencies. This includes attempts to divert products to unauthorized destinations or recipients. Violations may result in severe civil and criminal penalties, including fines and imprisonment.
Restricted Parties and Sanctions Lists
Optic Frontiers strictly complies with all U.S. government restrictions on sales and exports to prohibited entities, individuals, and countries. We do not conduct business with individuals or organizations listed on the following U.S. government watchlists:
- Denied Persons List: BIS Denied Persons List
- Unverified List: BIS Unverified List
- Entity List: BIS Entity List
- Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) List: Treasury SDN List
- Debarred List: DDTC Debarred List
- Nonproliferation Sanctions: State Department Nonproliferation Sanctions
- Embargoed Countries and OFAC Sanctions Programs:
Any orders placed with Optic Frontiers by individuals or entities on these lists will be automatically canceled.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable export regulations. Prior to any export or re-export of controlled products, customers must obtain the necessary licenses or authorizations. Optic Frontiers will not participate in transactions that violate U.S. export laws and will not assist in unlawful export activities.
Agreement to Export Compliance Policy
By placing an order with Optic Frontiers, the customer acknowledges and agrees to comply with all applicable U.S. export control laws and regulations. Customers certify that they:
- Are not listed on any restricted parties lists referenced above.
- Will not export, re-export, or transfer controlled products without proper authorization.
- Will not attempt to purchase on behalf of, or transfer products to, prohibited entities or embargoed countries.
Orders that violate export compliance policies will be canceled, and Optic Frontiers reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities.
