Shipping Policy

Order Confirmation
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. We will then contact our suppliers to verify that the item is in stock and available for shipment. If the item is on backorder or unavailable, we will cancel the pre-authorization and notify you via email. If the item is available for shipment within five business days, we will process the payment and proceed with shipment arrangements.

Order Shipment
If the item is in stock and your payment is successfully processed, your order will ship within five business days. Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout within 24 hours of the order leaving the warehouse. If you do not receive tracking information within six business days, please contact us at support@opticfrontiers.com.

Shipping Restrictions
Shipping is limited to addresses within the United States. Exceptions may apply for some products, particularly items available in Canada, as permitted by the website during checkout.

Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address after your order has been processed or shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that such changes may result in delays. Any additional charges incurred from freight companies due to the address change will be the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping Times
All shipping times provided are estimates and not guarantees. We strive to ensure prompt shipment of orders by coordinating with our vendors. If an order is canceled due to shipping delays, the customer is responsible for any associated shipping fees, warehouse storage costs, or related charges. Filing a chargeback for shipping delays will be treated as theft, and customers may face legal consequences.
