Cancellations Before Shipment

Cancellations for Custom Orders
Custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled or refunded, as these items are specifically crafted based on your request. Production begins immediately after your order is placed. If you're uncertain whether your purchase is a custom or made-to-order item, contact us for clarification.
All sales for custom and made-to-order products are final. However, your warranty ensures you receive a fully functional and operational product.
Refunds and Returns
If you wish to exchange your product, you may do so. However, customers are responsible for all shipping costs incurred during return or exchange processes.
Key Return Conditions:
- Not all shipped orders are eligible for return. Products sourced directly from manufacturers depend on their specific return policies. Contact us for details about your product's return eligibility.
- A 25% restocking fee plus return shipping costs will apply to outright returns due to rising freight costs. Exchanges for other products may qualify for reduced fees.
- Customers must initiate returns within 30 days of delivery, unless specified otherwise on the product page. Manufacturer-specific return policies override the default 30-day policy.
Shipping Times
We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Shipping estimates provided on product pages are based on supplier and freight company information and may change without notice due to supply chain challenges. Factors like manufacturing delays, shipping bottlenecks, and workforce shortages are beyond our control.

Exchange Agreement Acknowledgment
By purchasing from Optic Frontiers, you agree to the following:
1. Inspect the package upon delivery and report damages (with photos) to Optic Frontiers within 24 hours of receipt.
2. Return shipping costs and restocking fees are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated.
3. Returned products must be unopened and unused. Additional restocking fees may apply.
4. Orders shipped from the warehouse cannot receive a full refund.
5. You will not cancel or dispute charges due to delays caused by factors outside Optic Frontiers' control.
Damages
Inspect all items upon delivery. Note any damages when signing for the package and send detailed photos, including the box and SKU, to support@opticfrontiers.com within 24 hours. Failure to report damages within this timeframe may void your claim.
Warranty
Warranties vary by manufacturer. Please refer to individual product pages for details. Damage reported after 30 days of delivery is not covered under warranty.
BOGO Promotions
In Buy-One-Get-One-Free promotions, both items must be returned for a full refund. Returning only one item will result in a replacement or store credit for that item's standalone value. If the order has shipped, the customer is responsible for return shipping and any applicable restocking fees.
Chargebacks
Our team is committed to resolving any issues. Filing a chargeback without attempting to resolve the issue with us is against our policy.
